We offer education internships with well-established, high-profile non-profit organisations in New Delhi and Cape Town. It is well known that education holds the key to economic growth, social transformation and social integration.

In India, by 2020 there will be over 210 million unemployed people, with most of them being under the age of 30. Providing good quality education is essential in order to ensure that India’s population has a chance of developing skills through education that will eventually lead to employment.

In South Africa, there are many signs that show there is a crisis in education. There is an increasingly poor grade 12 output, with many children experience a broken journey through school, interrupted by irregular attendance, absent teachers, and teenage pregnancy. It has become very clear that more concentration needs to be focused on the quality of education.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about education issues affecting impoverished communities and to develop your skills in the exciting, dynamic field of education. Our mission is to harness the skills of interns as well as organisations and equip them with the skills needed to further pursue developmental goals.
